Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary manner for determining the effective incentives for the promotion of the production of electricity deriving from renewable sources and high efficiency cogeneration, and sets the effective allocation of funds deriving from collected from fees, as well as several other provisions regarding the financial benefits from renewable energy sources on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
