Abstract
This Regulation defines the restrictions and prohibitions, marketing and use of chemicals or specific products that effectively represent an unacceptable risk to human health and to the environment on the territory of Montenegro.
Substances classified in the group of particular hazardous (class) or belonging to the same group of compounds are given in the Annex 1 (Part 2) of this Regulation, and the special rules for the labelling of products containing asbestos are given in the Annex 1 (Part 3).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
