Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the detailed conditions and rules for processing, packaging, implementation of the principles of good manufacturing practice, transportation and storage of products classified/defined as organic products on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
This text further transposes the rules contained in the Regulation (EU) no. 889/2008 of 5 September 2008 on detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 of 28 June 2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
