Abstract
This Law regulates the organic production sector and related issues such as labelling of organic products on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro, ecological and biological product issues, control over the organic production, technical issues and international trade provisions.
This Law shall apply to organic products placed on the market or intended to be placed on the market, as follows: live or unprocessed agricultural products; processed agricultural products for use as food; aquaculture products; feed; seed and planting material; yeasts used for food and feed.
The Law is divided into IX Chapters and 55 articles, including inspection provisions, offences and related penalties.
