Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary conditions to be respected by all Montenegrin based legal or physical person that are dealing with temporary storage and holding of seized protected wild species of plants, animals or fungi.
This text sets the provisions in terms of space and facility premises, equipment and personnel education and qualification; these provisions are also established in order to ensure the necessary animal protection and animal welfare conditions.
