Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules and conditions aimed to provide the complete and detailed standards for the companies performing the collection and transport of waste (in terms of equipment and required number of employees) on the territory of Montenegro.
Some of the issues prescribed by this Regulation are regarding the following: suitable containers for collection and temporary storage of waste; means of transport; handling of waste; electronic device for the measurement of the weight of vehicles with and without waste; certified electronic equipment that is handed over to the treatment plant; equipment for washing vehicles, tools and equipment used for waste collection; temporarily storages and recycling centers (for the separate collection of waste).
