Abstract
This Regulation determines several technical and procedural conditions and issues as regards the drilling, design and construction of research facilities for hydrocarbon production performed by concessionaire that directly executes operations in that sector, on the territory of Montenegro.
Activities object of this text will be performed in accordance with best available industrial, safety and ecological standards and practices, also aimed at protecting the environment form possible risks.
Other topics covered in this text are: management of risks associated with drilling activities (article 5); operational planning (articles 8 and 9); sampling and research requirements (article 11); data collection and reporting (articles 13, 14, 15 and 17); plant operational risk analysis (article 19).
