Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary conditions in terms of formation of forest areas, farm units and/or minor forest spatial units.
This Regulation also defines the manner for the performance of marking the boundaries of such forest areas and forest farm units.
As here stipulated, the forest area is a spatial-geographical unit within which sustainable development is ensured in terms of forest management and functional forest durability.
