Abstract
This Regulation hereby prescribes the necessary conditions to be respected when requesting the extension permit for the purpose of re-qualification of a specific plant protection product which effective use can be extended to other uses and/or quantities or plants.
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the article 51 of the Regulation (EC) no. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 on the placing on the market of plant protection products and the abolition of Council Directives 79/117/EEC and 91/414/EEC.
