Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner and all necessary standards governing the official conditions and procedures for processing the medical waste on the territory of Montenegro.
This Regulation does not apply to radioactive medical waste and other types of special waste generated in the medical profession, which are governed by specific rules.
