Abstract
This Regulation defines all conditions and standards for the authorized and correct processing of biowaste, including the criteria determining the product quality (when deriving and/or originating from recycled organic biowaste).
The Regulation will apply on the following types of waste: kitchen waste with catalog number 20.01.08; vegetable waste from parks and gardens with part number 20.02.01; and waste listed in the Annex 1 (Tables 1 and 2).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
