Abstract
This Regulation sets the terms and conditions regarding the employees and equipment to be respected by all legal persons and/or entrepreneurs for performing professional forestry related activities/works (works such as expertize on specific forest topic, land afforestation other than fast growing species, breeding and forest protection, rehabilitation of degraded forests, conversion of forest forests, forestry production and/or production of reproductive material of autochthonous and rare tree species).
Major purpose of this text is to offer good and sustainable maintenance and equipping of forests for their social function, maintenance and improvement of potential ecological functions of forest construction and maintenance of forest roads.
