Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions regarding professional staff, equipment and devices that should be fulfilled by legal entities that perform professional tasks related to the official verification over the effective technical correctness of devices for the use of plant protection products.
Devices for the use of plant protection products are devices generally intended for splashing of plant protection products, including parts necessary for the operation of such devices (sprayers, manometers, filters, sieves, tank cleaning equipment and other); devices for outdoor and/or indoor use.
All legal entities should have equipment and devices as listed and specified in article 4 of this text.
