Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary technical and technological (also employment and equipment based on the type of obtained concession and/or programmed mansion) related conditions to be implemented and respected by holders of forest use concessions on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
These rules are divided into two groups: for concessionaires holding no more than 3000 hectares of forest land; and concessionaires holding or managing no more than 5000 hectares and more than 6000 square meters of timber wood.
