Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions in terms of personnel, space and facilities, technical conditions and equipment for veterinary organizations as regards the collection and storage of swine reproductive materials, including the necessary placing on the market related issues.
This Regulation transposes the provisions of several European Union and European Commission documents as listed at the end of this text.
The Annex is part of this publication (full list of conditions regarding the swine health status and swine testing in seeds centers; conditions for trading with swine reproductive materials; and administrative form for veterinary-health certificate for import of domestic pig/swine reproductive material).
