Abstract
This Regulation hereby prescribes the contents and correct method of keeping the water cadastre (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro) divided by specific areas of water activities.
As here defined the National Water Cadastre of properties/land parcels contains the data on surface and ground water, water land and exploitation of river sediments from river beds and coastal land.
