Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary content and correct manner for keeping the vineyard register, as in accordance with the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on wine. This text specifies the manner for entry of related records, method of delivery and content of the statement regarding the grape harvest; regarding the production and present stocks of wine and grape products. The register consists of a vineyard and wine related files. This register shall be kept in both electronic and written form. See articles 2 and 3 for detailed list of contents of this two records.
