Abstract
This Law regulates the production and marketing of grapes for wine production and other grape products and various other issues of importance for the viticulture sector of the Republic of Montenegro (issues such as the classification of related wine and wine products, inspection, monitoring, quality control provisions, administrative provisions, geographical denominations, packaging and labelling, technological-processing-production rules and requirements and necessary enological practices)
The Law is divided into XI Chapters and 66 articles, including the offences and related penalties (articles 59 and 60).
