Abstract
This Regulation here defines the necessary contents and correct method for the preparation of water management plans for water areas such as river basins or its related parts/sections.
The Plan should include the following data: general description of the water area; location and boundaries of bodies of surface water; location and boundaries of groundwater bodies; reference conditions for surface water bodies; classification of water bodies in relation to the water quality.
