Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary contents of the Montenegrin Annual plan for the protection, conservation and improvement of fish and other aquatic organisms.
The plan shall contain: the name and headquarters or the name and address of the sport-fishing club, the business association or other; data on fishing waters; basic hydrographic, biological, physical-chemical and other characteristics of certain specific fishing water; proposal of measures for the promotion, protection and conservation of fish and other aquatic organisms (such as introduction of fishing bans, proposal of the maximum number of permits on a daily and annual level, proposal of maximum allowable daily and annual catches, proposal of measures to reduce fishing stock depopulation, proposal for the amount of compensation for sports and recreational fishing licenses, and many other, see article 2 of this text).
