Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on freshwater fisheries and aquaculture, determines the: requested contents of minutes (reports) on performed controls; appearance of uniforms; form and necessary contents of fisheries wardens official identification cards; manner of issuing official identification card of fisheries wardens/guards and manner of keeping records on such issued official identification cards or legitimations. National Ministry of agriculture and rural development is indicated as responsible institution for all tasks related to the purposes of this Regulation.
