Regulation on the content of the report on the results of geological and geophysical hydrocarbon explorations.

This Regulation here determines the detailed content of reports on the results of geological and geophysical hydrocarbon explorations that are performed on the territory of Montenegro (on land and sea). The report on the results of geological and geophysical hydrocarbon explorations shall contain specific data as listed in article 2 (general information on exploration concession agreement, info on authorized concessionaires and subcontractors from the exploration concession agreement, data on persons who participated in the preparation of the report and their professional qualifications, list of explorations carried out in accordance with the work program, textual part of the report that defines the actual purpose and objective of related exploration). This type of report has to be submitted in written and electronic form, in both Montenegrin and English language.
