Regulation on the contents and manner of keeping the register of breeders' organizations and master records for equidae.

This Regulations stipulates the necessary contents and correct manner for the entry and maintenance of the official national Register of breeders and/or organizations engaged in equidae production and breeding.
This text also sets the rules regarding the master records (registration number, marking of live animals) for high-quality breeding equidae (articles 4, 5 and 6).
This Regulation further transposes the rules and provisions contained in several documents: Commission Decision No 1992/353 laying down the criteria for the approval or recognition of organizations and associations which maintain or establish stud-books for registered equidae; Commission Decision no. 1992/354 laying down certain rules to ensure coordination between organizations and associations which maintain or establish stud-books for registered equidae; and other (see full list at the end of publication).
