Regulation on contents of the energy balance, the data for the preparation of the balance sheet and the manner of submission.

This Regulation determines the contents and necessary data to be inserted and submitted as regards the long-term and annual energy balance sheet.
This reporting sheet will refer to the following topics: electricity balance; coal balance; balance of oil, petroleum products and biofuel; natural gas balance; balance of heat for district heating and/or cooling and industrial use; annual analysis of the share of energy from renewable energy sources in relation to the total effective energy production; measures for realization of the ideal energy balance.
The data for the preparation of such balance sheets (information necessary for the preparation of energy balance reports aimed for state administration bodies responsible for energy affairs) shall be submitted by all energy entities, buyers are self-procurers in relation to their activity or consumption.
