Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the detailed contents of the preliminary flood risk assessment, the content and method of development of hazard maps and flood risk maps, and sets the necessary content of the flood risk management plan and the manner of its updating and implementation as regards the territory of Montenegro.
Contents of the preliminary flood risk assessment are listed in article 3; contents of flood hazard maps (article 4); manner for the creation of flood hazard maps (article 5); contents of flood risk maps (article 6); contents of the flood risk management plan (article 8); manner for updating of related plans (article 9); and the manner for the implementation of the plan in article 10.
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Directive 2007/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of flood risks.
