Abstract
This Regulation defines necessary criteria and method for the mandatory classification of chemicals and certain products in the class of hazardous or dangerous, as well as the manner of packaging and labelling of chemicals and certain products and the properties of substances that can be used as an alternative chemical name and contents of the request for the approval for use of alternative chemical name.
This Regulation shall also apply to the classification of plant protection products, biocides and consumer goods if they are dangerous to life and health of people and the environment, as well as impurities in the chemicals if they have any of these properties.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
