Abstract
This Regulation prescribes specific conditions in terms of staff, equipment and space that shall be met by all legal entities applying for the permit/authorization to use an invasive alien plants, animals and/or fungi species. This text also determines all related issues and rules regarding the issuance of such permit. These actions (introduction of alien species) is here related to those actions which raises concerns in Montenegro and/or European Union.
