Regulation on detailed conditions that must be fulfilled by managers of protected natural goods.

This Regulation stipulates the conditions to be respected by all Montenegrin managers and controllers of protected natural assets or goods.
This text establishes the principles to be implemented in terms of professional education, personnel and organizational skills, necessary tasks of protection, promotion, and sustainable use and development of such protected natural asset (national parks, strict and special nature reserves; monuments of nature, protected habitats, areas with exceptional qualities; protected species of plants, animals and fungi; protected geological and paleontological facilities).
Tasks performed by these managers are principally in the area of nature protection (biological, forestry, agricultural, ecological or geographical professional education), with relevant working experience as specified in the article 2.
