Regulation on detailed conditions regarding staff and equipment to be met by soil improver producers.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on plant nutrition products, prescribes the detailed conditions regarding the staff and equipment that should be met by all authorized producers of soil improvers, including certain technical and technological characteristics and other specific rules for the production of such soil improvers that shall be used for land fertilizing. Producer of soil improvers is engaged in the production of humus, compost, plant compost, organic compost, earthworm, moss peat, grass peat. This text further transposes the rules contained in the Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down rules on the making available on the market of EU fertilizing products and amending Regulations (EC) No. 1069/2009 and (EC) No. 1107/2009 and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003.
