Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary requirements and standards aimed to correctly define the administrative obligations when registering wholesalers and retailers of waste on the territory of Montenegro, including specific rules for purchase, direct sale, organized waste processing or disposal (rules to be observed in terms of personnel and equipment).
