Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner for keeping records on trade with plant nutrition products, the manner for data collection, specific issues regarding the transport and handling of fertilizers, including the conditions to be met by warehouses and storage facilities, issues regarding the register of distributors, retailers and importers.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
