Regulation on detailed content and the method of development of forest management programmes.

This Regulation sets the rules and necessary contents that shall serve as parameters regarding the development of forest management programmes.
Some of the principal issues here indicated as parts of the forest management programme are: description of the related forest and/or forest area/land; bio-ecological basis applied to forest management (also reference to hydrographic conditions; climatic conditions; forest communities); evaluation of the existing state of forest and forest land; analysis and assessment of forest management as regards the previous periods; forest management objectives and measures for achieving such objectives; guidelines for the implementation of forest management measures; compliance of the programme with measures and conditions aligned with nature protection principles; records of completed works.
