This Regulation prescribes the detailed contents of environmental information, method and the deadlines for its mandatory submission, to the European Environment Agency.
Article 3 sets the rules on the manner and time deadlines for the data submission, object of this text.
The spatial data and environmental data that has to be provided is related to the following topics: air quality; estimates and indicators for biodiversity and ecosystems; biodiversity; climate change impact, vulnerability and adaptation; communication; environment and energy; environmental information systems; information on the expected scenario; environment and health; industrial pollution; land cover; sea and coastal area; noise; resource use and the environment through a sustainable economy; the state of the environment; land; ecological status and water quality; quantity of water; mitigation of air pollution and climate change; environment and agriculture; emissions into the water; waste; environment and transport; land use and spatial planning; and forestry.
