Regulation on the detailed content of records on the training of employees in the transport of dangerous goods and on the annual report on the application of safety measures in the transport of dangerous goods.

This Regulation defines the necessary contents of training records of employees engaged in transportation of dangerous goods, and further sets the issues on annual report on the application of safety measures in transportation of hazardous substances, as prescribed by the Montenegrin Law on the transport of dangerous materials. The United Nations standardized four-digit hazardous substance identification number is here included as necessary information and mark to be properly stated and highlighted.
The above mentioned records on the training of employees regarding the transport of dangerous goods are kept for drivers, persons involved in loading and unloading of dangerous goods, packers and chargers or fillers.
