Regulation on detailed contents of the annual programme of monitoring of the state of nature conservation and the conditions that must be fulfilled by the person conducting the monitoring.

This Regulation determines the necessary contents of the annual programme for monitoring over the state of conservation of nature, including the conditions that must be met by all legal entities engaged in performance of such monitoring, in terms of staff, education and equipment.
The contents of the above mentioned programme are as follows: manner for monitoring and assessment of density and distribution of indicator wild species of plants, animals and fungi; manner for monitoring the invasive allochthonous species; manner for monitoring the status of populations of protected wild species of plants, animals and fungi; manner for monitoring the status of wild populations of plants, animals and fungi of interest to the EU in accordance with confirmed international agreements; manner for monitoring the representation of endangered and rare habitat types of interest to Montenegro; manner for monitoring the state of certain area when part of specific ecological network (NATURA 2000, and/or EMERALD); manner for monitoring and evaluation of the status of ecologically important sites, ecosystems, unprotected natural assets; manner for monitoring and evaluation of the condition of areas with exceptional features or values; manner for monitoring the state of protected natural assets; manner for monitoring the impact of climate change on biodiversity; manner for monitoring over the integrity of natural and semi-natural ecosystems; manner for monitoring over bird populations on agricultural land; and manner for monitoring the state of dry trees in forests.
