Regulation on detailed contents of the water management strategy and on strategy implementation reports.

This Regulation defines the detailed necessary contents of Montenegrin water management strategy, and also sets the issues and contents to be included in reports over the implementation of such strategy.
Article 2 provides for the list of strategy contents (assessment of the current situation in the field of water management; water management goals and guidelines; measures to achieve the identified water management objectives).
The Strategy Implementation Report shall include: data on the assessment of the current situation in the field of water management; data on water management in accordance with the law; data on financial resources for implementation of the Strategy; assessment of the review of the Strategy; other data of importance for water management (listed in article 3 of this text).
