Abstract
This Regulation provides for the rules to be respected when granting the commercial use of non-timber forest products deriving from Montenegrin based forests and forest land (here intended only for state property forests).
Non-timber or deadwood products are listed as flowers, seeds, fruits, resins, quince, forest tree and shrub leaves, grass, moss, pepper, peach, humus, medicinal, aromatic and edible plants, forest fruits and mushrooms (if not protected species).
