Regulation on the detailed method and conditions for the collection, use and traffic of unsweetened wild species of animals, plants and mushrooms used for commercial purposes.

This Regulation defines the procedure and detailed conditions for the collection, reporting, use and trade with unprotected wildlife, plants and fungi species and varieties that are used for commercial purposes.
This text prescribes that the collection, use and trade of unprotected wildlife, plants and fungi can be performed only in quantities, specific time of the year of period range, and manner that ensures their full protection and conservation of their related populations.
