Abstract
This Regulation provides for the terms and rules, in relation to the zoning and classification of all inland and freshwater fishing zones and possible fishing activities that are here established (on rivers and lakes), as granted by the Montenegrin Law on freshwater fisheries and aquaculture.
This Regulation in particular sets the names and location of all recognized fishing districts or zones (a total of ten, each with its own list of streams and names of adjacent fishing spots), including their specific boundaries, and issues on related permitted fishing gear and equipment.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the sample of fishing area marking sign that shall be properly exposed as indicated in article 12 of this text).
