Regulation determining the list of permitted species of plants, animals and fungi and the method of updating the list.

This Regulation here provides for the List of invasive alien species of concern in Montenegro and/or the European Union (this List includes plants, animals and fungi). The list of permitted alien species that may be introduced, cultivated and/or placed on the market (White List) is given in the Annex 1 of this text. The White List shall be updated as necessary, and at least once a year.
