Abstract
This Regulation (based on the provisions of the article 78 of the Montenegrin Forest Law that defines issues regarding the rural area residents and related benefits) sets the prices of timbered wood assortments (such as firewood/heating wood, technical wood in bloom state and/or collected on forest roads) for the population of rural areas.
The rules stipulated by this text are aimed for own/personal needs of rural populations present on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro and residents in previously classified rural areas.
