Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary evaluation process as regards the functions and effective assigned purpose of forests and forest land on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
Major objectives of this Regulation are the following: to offer several forest evaluation terms related to the forest production, ecological and social use of forest land; to set the classification of the forest land assigned purpose (commercial, protective and forests of special purpose); to impose rules regarding the protection against erosion and landslides; and to set the evaluation issues regarding the effective impact of infrastructure construction works.
