Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with and for the purposes of the Montenegrin Law on freshwater fisheries and aquaculture, prescribes the form, determines the necessary contents and indicates the manner for issuing permits (daily permits, one month long permits and annual permits, including nighttime fishing) for sport-recreational fishing, and further sets the quantity of fish that a natural person, which has a permit for sport-recreational fishing, can catch in one single day.
