Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the form, necessary contents and procedural manner as regards the issuance of commercial fishing licenses for the performance of fishing activities on internal waters of Montenegro, as granted by the Law on freshwater fisheries and aquaculture.
Commercial fishing license includes the information and contents fully listed in the article 2 of this text.
This Regulation further provides for the evidence or fishing record card that shall be managed and used by all fishing license holders.
The Annex is also part of this publication (license form and evidence card).
