Regulation on the general Plan for protection of waters from harmful effects, for water of importance for Montenegro, for the period from 2010 to 2016.

This Regulation provides for a complete general State Plan for protection of waters from harmful effects, also treating and defining the waters of major importance (for the period from 2010 to 2016).
The rules and standards provided by this Plan are also aimed to: implement the preventive measures against flooding and erosion; closer define the water facilities management; prepare and organize the legal entities and/or persons whose activities are related to the defense of the harmful effects of waters, as well as the elimination of possible harmful consequences.
