Regulation on granting forests for use by selling wood in standing condition in the regional units of Rožaje, Berane, Pljevlja, Nikšić and Plužine (sanitary timber for 2020).

This Regulation determines the grant of concessions for certain Montenegrin state-owned forests for the year 2020, that are here given for use for the purpose of timber wood sale (sale of fallen or dormant timber wood), in accordance with the allocated quantities in the following regional units: Rožaje; Berane; Pljevlja; Nikšić; and Plužine. List containing related wood mass divided per territorial units among starting timber prices, is also provided in this text; however the final price of timber wood shall be determined in the related auction sale procedure. Participants in this kind of public call may be legal entities registered in the Central Registry of economic entities for performing forestry and wood processing activities, which meet the conditions in terms of technical and technological equipment, as well as other conditions determined by public invitation-participation rules.
