Abstract
This Regulation sets the allocation principles governing the relation between the use of state owned forests and sale of timber in accordance with the Forest rehabilitation plan for forests degraded by forest fires (dated 2012 and regarding several Montenegrin forest areas).
The rules form also part of previously determined sanitary timber-forest measures, and the related benefit of use and timber sale will be granted through the process of state controlled tender sale.
