Regulation on groups of products subject to market surveillance.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on product market surveillance (published in the Official Gazette 33/2014, and already amended in the Gazette 43/2018), here provides for the list that officially defines the groups of products that are ready for trade and subject to supervision on the national market.

Market surveillance authority and local inspection bodies in charge of performance of the supervision object of tis text are also specified per each group of targeted products.
