Abstract
This Regulation hereby prescribes the necessary food safety/hygiene (special hygiene requirements) related provisions as regards the facilities and spaces/rooms where small quantities of primary products for human consumption (food and foodstuff, primary products for human consumption, also family farming) are produced and/or processed.
This text further sets the offences and consequential penalties.
The Annex is also an integral part of this publication.
