Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary hygiene-sanitary and veterinary conditions and requirements as regards the animal origin by-products, and related to their collection, production, processing, destroying, administrative issues, data collection and other.
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 laying down health rules as regards animal by-pro ducts and derived products not intended for human consumption.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
